Very good overall, only complaint is that it took 40 minutes to find a parking space on arrival (early Fri afternoon)

Everything was great on parking for departure but then on return when got back to car,I put ticket in to leave car park,and it read that I owed £152 outstanding,bearing in mind it was 12.30 AM and we'd just got off a 4.5 hour flight,I had to press the assistance button,it was a while before they answered,lucky I printed off the reference when booking,because assistant asked for it,and the arm got lifted to exit,other wise it would of been a very good rating.

Thank you for this opportunity to comment on my parking experience. However I am not booked to park until 4 June 2015 AFTER USE OF PARKING REVIEW. I booked by internet and this was fine. I read the instructions and found my arrival process was very straightforward, greeted by name and took my ticket. Departure was more difficult. I expected to insert my ticket at the barrier and leave. This did not happen. It was night time and dark. The barrier is lit but not sufficiently for me to read the notices on the mechanism. After some delay I found the help button and the operator cleared me. On returning home I reread my internet receipt and found the exit procedure details. I suggest these should be high lighted on the print out to make them more obvious. I did note some other drivers had a prepayment card which opened the barrier, but I had no instructions on how to obtain one.

Struggled to find a space in the Short Term car park, the medium term looked full. There is an issue in finding a space because if you drive up a row and there is no space then you cannot turn round you have to reverse the entire length of the row. Clearly you are getting very busy, but you need more space.

Parking was OK, booking paying etc, Difficult to find an empty parking bay though.

Good points: The long term car park was easy to find; there was plenty of room to park; the different parts were well signed so it was easy to find your car on returning; the transfer bus stops were well placed; the buses were spacious for passengers and luggage; the buses stopped right outside the terminal. Bad points: It was difficult to verify that I had reached the correct car park because: The 'pink' signs on the route appeared pink in daylight but in darkness I could not see the pink parts of the signs. Signs at the car park entrance give the post code of the car park and the name of it's operator and recommend customers use this to check that they have arrived at the correct car park. I tried to do this using printouts of the web pages I used to book in advance and of the confirmation e-mail I received. None of these showed the post code of the car park or the name of the operator. I therefore had to waste time enquiring at the terminal to set my mind at rest.

We use your car parks 10 to 12 times a year. Pros New buses are better than the old dilapidated ones. Drivers are usually polite and friendly. Cons. Approach road to long stay car park is appalling! Walk from terminal to short stay car park is very unpleasant in bad weather, no shelter, exposed to wind and rain. State of surface in car park is unacceptable. Generally bus stops in car parks provide little protection from the weather when needed. Waiting for buses from airport to car parks is cold and unpleasant in poor weather and at night. Other Suggestions It would help if there were information provided at bus stops, both at the terminal and in the car parks , about the length of wait to the next bus.

Parking spaces weren't great but not terrible and when we tried to leave our prepaid ticket didn't work and we had to phone for assistance, the phone rang for quite a while but when it was answered it was resolved quickly.

The number plate recognition machine misread my number on the way in, I ended up paying again on the way out and claiming a refund which came through promptly. Other than that, fine.

The parking space was perfect, the bus ride short, but it took me 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot because the number recognition didn't work and I had to find my booking reference.

Its took ages to bus come and pick up us from airport station to transfer us to parking more than 35 minutes. (18:00 - 29 April 2015)
