You really need to have an automated system so that when you prepay you don't have to call the help but it's really silly part from that good

Ok just. Shuttle bus driver deliberately drove off before we could get to bus even though he could see we were nearly there. On exit gate didn't auto open, demanded £70. had to wait for operator to release us remotely eventually.

On several occasions recently I have booked ahead and paid on line but every time I leave the carpark (having arrived and left at the booked times) the barrier claims that I owe a lot more money and I have to summon the attendant who confirms that there is nothing wrong and opens the barrier. Why does this always happen? It causes unnecessary delays.

Easy to find and park. For the money it's about time the car park owners had the surface graded and tarmacked. Almost had a heart attack after putting my ticket in the exit barrier and being asked for £111 when I had prepaid! The chap on the intercom was able to confirm and let me out after a short wait.

The camera did not recognize my car upon arrival at the barrier. Needed to get a "normal" ticket. Subsequently, the help of "Barrier help point person" was needed to get out without paying 152 GBP extra. Worked out fine but is slightly annoying.

Failure to recognise number plate against booking on exit caused minor delay (including delay in assistance response). Response once through to assistance was OK.

Getting into the car park (I thought was ok), parking and getting the bus were al fine. On return finding the bus and the getting to the car were fine. The issue came when it came to coming out. The ticket didn't register as a pre paid ticket. The intercom then took an age to get a response. Once the response came it was quickly dealt with. The booking was easy. I would use the service again and just hope that I don't have any issues leaving

Experience was good until it came to leaving the car park, where the exit machine said we had an outstanding balance of £111 (had booked and paid in advance for a total of £33.99 so was more than a little shocked to have an outstanding balance of about 3 times what we paid). However this was sorted relatively easy using the 'help' button on the exit barrier and with no further issues.

Ticket didn't work on exit. Asked for £111!!?? Waited for intercom to be answered and was resolved. Overall not too bad.

Luton Short Term is convenient for the terminal. However, signage is not very clear - I ended up in the drop-off zone and had no option than to pay £2.50 to get out, having pre-booked my short term parking. The short-term car-park itself was very full and the layout is awkward - if there is no space in a particular row, you have to reverse a long way. All in all, a bit more hassle than I would have liked.

Didn't register that I'd paid for online parking before so when I put my ticket in to leave it said I was overdue £150.... Bit of a scare to end the holiday on. But was fixed very quickly by good staff on the call button -THANKS!

Beware of overstaying. Got a good price for a 3 day stay. My plan was 2 hours late and got hit with a charge over double the quoted price...!

Slow response at car park exit assistance. No notice given in the bus about the stop number. Improve parking by making it fully concrete not stones.

yet again car been scratched while away and parked in your car park. it need wider parking bays and correctly marked out Although pre booked and paid for had problems finding a space although the disabled area was almost empty bad allocation of disabled number of spaces you have to many

quite dusty. Car needed washing after being left there for just 2 days! Good distance from the terminal and reasonably priced

I used the Meet and Greet service which is close to the terminal. As parking at Luton airport is a nightmare at the best of times and very expensive the service was useful given our flight times. I would recommend booking as early as possible as the prices ramp up very quickly. Service was OK but more expensive than Heathrow!
