Getting into the car park (I thought was ok), parking and getting the bus were al fine.
On return finding the bus and the getting to the car were fine. The issue came when it came to coming out. The ticket didn't register as a pre paid ticket. The intercom then took an age to get a response. Once the response came it was quickly dealt with.
The booking was easy.
I would use the service again and just hope that I don't have any issues leaving
