“Me and my cat went here for brunch, i have to say they dont use Yorkshire tea! i am disappointed, no lotus biscoff on the side either. mandem never coming back. the hash brown was cooked a little to long and my maccies milkshake was stale. some geeza in a high vis told me im not allowed to charge my phone when i have a sugar daddy to text. i give it a 5 tho cos of the aromatic toilet wiping ass system”

“A very efficient, pleasant experience. No problems to report. Bus was clean and quick Car park had plenty of spaces with lots of drop off and pick up points Price was good for a week's stay I would use again and I recommend to other users”

“Issue with number plate not being read was resolved in 30sec. And there were no further issue with booking. Comunication via email with customer service was very informative and clair.”

“It's the ultimate way to start your holiday. Drive up right outside the terminal, a really quick process to check your car in, hand over the key and within 2 mins you are standing in the terminal! Staff were polite and efficient and even helped to easily resolve an issue whereby my booking was one day short. Not cheap, but if you are going on holiday with a 1 year old, this is almost essential!”

“Travelled recently alone to Luton Airport for the first time. Parking was simple and easy, and the bus stop was within 2 minutes walking from where I left my car. Absolutely no problems whatsoever.”

“Couldn't fault this parking. We had a problem leaving when the machine wanted to charge us a vast amount of money because it didn't recognise our number plate but a very helpful polite man on the intercom sorted it out straight away.”

“We arrived back vey late and would have incurred an extra charge however the lady on the intercom was very helpful -able to see our flight had been delayed and allowed us to leave without having to pay an extra charge . Excellent customer service. Also the bus was prompt at 3.30 am. Would use it again and recommend it to others.”

“Everything very easy to book and mid-term car park easy to find. One thing that we found very annoying is the state of the car park itself. The tarmac roads are very rough and the huge chunks of ballast that the cars actually park on are extremely difficult to walk on to get to the front/back of the car & to wheel cases over. Could the whole area be covered in tarmac and the car spaces be white-lined? This would also cure the problem of cars taking up 2 spaces and therefore using up valuable space.”

“I arrived and parked near a bus stop, using the gears but not the handbrake, noting where I had parked and the bus stop number. The bus came as I was talking to fellow travelers and took us to the terminal. On return a bus collected from the terminal and returned us to the car park. Notes on the ticket gave the stop number and direction to walk. No ques at the exit gate and no extra to pay.”
