“Was good reasonable price buses were quick the signs going to the pink car park really need updating as some signs the pink is white,, an when I put my ticket in on exit it wanted a balance of £19 so I had to ring for assistance as I paid online thank you”

“We used Priority Parking and were very impressed. Our car was waiting for us when we came out of the airport building, which was what we wanted as we had a late flight and the children with us had to go to school the next day. Worth paying that little bit extra!”

“Really convenient online booking process. Although I made a human error when entering my dates. On leaving after a landing in the early hours my ticket showed wrong (non-prepaid) tariff. I'd booked the week ahead, not the week that had just passed. The attendant responded promptly, and appropriately noted my error and we were able to pass through the barrier without issue or penalty. It seems quite unusual these days to see rationality used to ease customers/ users experience when profit can be made instead of resolving silly errors. Thank you.”

“the most difficult thing was finding our way back out of the car park, which was well signed all the way, Although the car park was very busy it was easy enough to find a parking space. bus arrived within 10 mins. When we returned bus was outside. It is only 5 mins journey from terminal to car park and a lot less hassle than off site parking”

“We used the Mid-stay car park at Luton Airport for a four day, three night break. Pre booking was very simple with the cost displayed and nothing hidden. The car park is well signed when entering the airport both with text and the block background colouring. Upon arrival I collected a ticket at the entry gate and found a space. The park was very busy and we had to park at the far end. This wasn’t a problem as the bus stop wasn’t far away and ample paths. The bus arrived within minutes for both our collections to and from the car park. The bus was clean, tidy and we had a welcoming driver on both journeys. Upon leaving the car park I realised I’d lost my ticket but I pressed the help button at the exit gate where a friendly member of staff took my reference number and lifted the gate. Having looked at the alternatives of parking further off site I wouldn’t hesitate in using this car park again.”
