Really convenient online booking process. Although I made a human error when entering my dates. On leaving after a landing in the early hours my ticket showed wrong (non-prepaid) tariff. I'd booked the week ahead, not the week that had just passed. The attendant responded promptly, and appropriately noted my error and we were able to pass through the barrier without issue or penalty. It seems quite unusual these days to see rationality used to ease customers/ users experience when profit can be made instead of resolving silly errors. Thank you.
