I didn't have a chance to use the car park yet, because there is a week until I will travel to Luton, but I already have negative feelings about it. I initially booked 4 days, and I would like to add one more day, but this was not possible because I bought something which can't be modified.
I would expect more flexibility from the parking company and to be focusing on the needs of the costumers instead of following strict rules.
Now I only can hope that at least I will have the car in one peace when I return, I don't really want to rely on the helpfulness of the staff.
