Better signage for the Blue Badge parking area is required.
We had trouble getting onto the bus to & from the terminal as they were extremely busy,some sort of marshalling system would prevent the chaos we were presented with when attempting to return to the car park. What is the point of sending a full bus to the Blue Badge bus stop when clearly people with mobility problems cannot access the bus?!
