dreadful experience; went to the short term car park to meet my wife off her flight. Expected to have plenty of time as her flight was delayed, instead of which I was met with absolute chaos. There was no parking available, no marshalling of the parking so that the whole place was grid locked. After 1/2hour fruitlessly trying to get in and out during which time I probably covered two rows of the park I fought my way out and went to the long term. I paid £7 pounds for the privilege of not being able to park, and a further charge at the long term,- oh and I missed my wife's arrival
Come on Luton, buck up, if the car park is full, tell people don't just take their money for the privilege of passing through your barrier
