Car parking and shuttle buses fine. I was refused exit with the machine telling me I owed £160. I had pre-paid, was within the time limits and had the paperwork. No reply from the 'Assistance' button so I drove to Customer Services where the female member of staff could not have been more offhand if she tried . 'Sorry about that' would have been fine but a shrug and 'it happens' did not really help.
