Friendly staff, very efficient. We arrived, booked our vehicle in at the kiosk, gave the keys to the attendant and left our vehicle at the kiosk to be parked by the attendant. On our return we walked to the kiosk, collected our keys and our vehicle was parked opposite.
The whole service was efficient and quick. Excellent. We will use the service again if using Luton Airport.
