The booking/payment/confirmation process was easy and faultless
The parking itself was also faultless, as was the shuttle service from Business Parking to Terminal One
However on flying back in to Terminal One and heading to the labelled bus stop for the shuttle service back to Business Parking, things became frustrating and complicated
A workman advised me that I should check if the bus was still scheduled to stop at the labelled stop, as the road was closed for late night works. There were no signs or people to ask or anything - luckily another passenger had a Parking phone number which he called and was advised to go back upstairs as the bus would be calling at Departures level and NOT Arrivals level at the labelled bus stop. I don't know what I would have done had I been on my own - it was approaching midnight and unacceptable that there was no signage or ANYTHING to advise that the labelled bus stop would not be used and the correct bus stop was on a completely different level
