A majority of the occasions that I use the car park the plate recognition fails and then you wait for someone to answer the button and then go through the "what's your reference number". All this normally when it's dark and you're left stranded looking for a number.
I have a new car with standard plates that are clean. Why have NPR if it doesn't work?
