I have arrived back to Luton in the dark when it was raining; due to the number of people already waiting for the bus I did not have room under the rain shelter and I got socked.
The car park is quite poorly lit the bus drop off stops are not visible from the bus in the dark.
The number plate recognition system incorrectly identified my car at entry (and printed the wrong number plate on my ticket)
When exiting the car park the machine wanted to charge me the full drive in fee for the pre-paid parking; pressing the help/ call button was not picked up by an operator for over 2 minutes - creating a queue behind me of angry drivers beeping the car horns.
