I was forced to cancel my trip due to a family emergency. This was easy to do and the charge was refunded promptly and without hassle. However I then received an e-mail with the subject line "Welcome home – how was your parking experience?" As is so often the case, the service itself is fine - we've used Luton Airport parking many times and been happy with it - but the customer feedback experience is woefully lacking. It's a shame you can't give feedback on the feedback process. :)
