The car park is in bad repair with lots of pot holes and poor drainage. I paid for my parking before leaving but when I got home and put my ticket in the machine it said I owed £108. I was parked from Friday to Sunday and this really upset me. There is no one to talk to so I paid the money and emailed them on Monday morning. They replied promptly asking me to send them a copy of my receipt. I have done this yesterday, as of yet I have not had confirmation of receipt of email and no refund but I trust that they will refund my money very soon. If i do not get a refund i shall be taking it further. Other people were complaining about the charges as well at the ticket machine. I hope this is remedied quickly as as this time of year (or any) I can not afford to be that amount out of pocket
