The booking and payment system is easy and very quick, great tool. The short stay carpark surface is in very poor condition, making walking difficult and could be dangerous if dark, particularly near zone 12. During wet weather this also creates large puddles of water that are difficult to avoid, not ideal when travelling to/from business meetings and when the colder weather arrives would be very icy.
More lighting could be provided too, particularly as I'm a lone female business traveller.
