Disabled parking is very poor.
Badly signed,
A long walk from terminal.
Lots of rough, uneven surfaces and curbs etc.
Poorly signed.
Gradients which are not planned.
No support.
No one answers the airport phones when I pressed the 0 for urgent disabled assistance on the IVR.
Overall I found Luton parking very poor for disabled people
