Plate recognised correctly on ticket but pre-booking and payment not recognised. Held at exit for a long time waiting for attendant to answer. Queue of other irate drivers behind me. I'm fortunate in having a choice over airport/parking e.g. birmingham intl. (never let me down like this in 50+ trips by car) and also mode of transport e.g. train. I will only consider Luton airport as a last resort going forward.
