I have had to press the 'help' button when entering the Short Term car park (pre-paid) because I was given a ticket. When the person eventually answered I was informed that the camera was not working. So I had to press for a ticket and then on leaving I had to again press the 'help' button and give my reference number. All very time consuming!
I also want to state what an appalling condition the surface of the Short Term car park is. Considering that this is the most expensive section to park in you could at least have all the 'pot holes' filled. Then when it is dark and raining I do not have to have totally wet feet when trying to get into my car.
