I had to change the registration number on my booking which was done efficiently online via email. When I came to leave the car park on a wet Friday night, the machine wanted another £74 for some reason. Had to reverse out of barriers, wait to phone call centre, back to barriers, another chat at barriers via intercom and finally left car park.
