I was surprised to get a request for a review from you, as I will be travelling in a month's time! I can only assume that I entered the month of December, not January. I have emailed Luton Airport Parking asking that they confirm my booking of 26-29 January. I'm assuming that it will be straightforward for them to do this, in which case I'll award them a 'very good' star. If I get no response then I'll award a 'very poor' star and I'll rebook parking with another provider.
