I booked mid-term parking at Luton for the 27th December, but on arrival at the car park my pre-booking was not recognised and I was forced to take a new ticket - and pay again for the parking I had already paid for.
On getting home and checking my email I found that Luton seemed to think that I was parking on the 25th - they sent an email on the 25th asking me to review the parking I hadn't used yet. My booking was, however very definitely for the 27th as their own confirmation email shows.
It's bad enough the exhorbitant price that Luton charge to park your car on potholed waste-ground, without having to pay twice. But then Luton's ethos is all about screwing you for every penny they can whilst providing dreadful service - even down to charging you for the plastic bags you need to put liquids in at security.
