Overall experience quality improving from what it was a couple of years ago.
Continued points of frustration remain:
(1) Tortuous route when disembarking plane - escalators from the up/down levels would improve comfort and efficiency of transiting passengers.
(2) No covered walk ways to/from bus stops or short stay car park.
