this was the second visit this my second visit in the last 6 months and on both occasions, the system failed to recognise my number plate and details and had to take the standard ticket. on return on both occasions the exist gate advised excessive higher rate than I had already paid.
on calling the assistance button the operator at your end readily acknowledged the problem and readily opened the gate after checking our booking reference.
This was good but from the other users around me and the response of your operator it would appear to be a common / routine occurrence and therefore suggests to me that you have a systematic problem that has not been resolved.
not happy but not my problem over to you to fix it.
