We we're assured upon arrival with clear and plre use directions and easy to follow instructions. Also the fact that we didn't need to print anything and only needed a ref number incase of any problems. Of which there was only one.
When we returned from our vacation an were exiting the car park it stated on the ticket machine that we owed £70. This was quickly and easily resolved by the click of a button, through to customer care an we were off it was just an error.
