The recognition system for car registrations was not working, meaning I had to use the help button when entering and leaving the car park. On both occasions I had to wait a few minutes for an answer.
I then had to provide my reference details for my prepaid booking. This is time consuming and not expected, adding annoyance to the process.
Car park is in a very bad state, more like parking on a post demolition site than a car park.
