We have contacted Luton Airport parking and are in the process of receiving a refund. We parked in the mid term car park, having previously booked for here a few days before. When arriving home after our holiday and going to leave the car park, we were faced with a £60 charge for our whole stay, even though we followed all instructions on the booking confirmation.
However, I would still use this service again.
