Our flight was diverted to Gatwick. We arrived back in London at about 2 am, too late to get to Luton to pick up our car. I picked up the car the next morning and really appreciated the fact that I did not have to make a case for not having to pay the extra time. I was let out with a courteous thank you and goodbye.
I have marked this Good rather than Very Good because the tarmac surface in the short stay car park could do with improvement. I often have to step into a puddle to get out of the car.
