I use the Long Term parking at Luton about once every month. I am generally very pleased with the service provided and the location and ease of access. I would have given a 'Very Good' rating but for a small problem on this occasion. I always pre-book but this time the automatic number plate recognition did not read my number plate - probably on entry. I was not recognised and was given a standard ticket. On exit I was faced with an £80 bill for outstanding charges! Fortunately an alert operator on the Assistance button recognised my car registration and let me leave, but not without a few heart-stopping moments. Maybe this needs to be sorted. Otherwise - generally very good.
