I prepaid for the short stay car park. On my return I knew I had not overstayed my booked time as I had about 4 hours to spare. However when I put my ticket into the barrier it told me I owed £108.00!! I was travelling alone and went back into the car park to find my email and a phone number. When I was unable to find a number I drove up to the barrier again and inserted my ticket. This time I buzzed for help and finally sorted it our and was allowed out of the carpark. This took about 40 minutes. I then had to drive 3.5 hours home , not the best parking experience I have had
