The carpark was tidy enough and the transfers were quick, however both times that I have left the car park I have received an over stay fee of £180 even though I have been an hour within the time I have pre-booked. It only took a push of a button to talk to a member of staff who checked my booking and lifted the barrier.
Solve the overstay and lower the prices and it would easily be 5*
