We got a great deal on short-term parking. It was easy to book online and to park, and very convenient.
However, what let it down was when exiting the car park, it did not recognise that it was a pre-paid parking. I therefore had to ring for assistance to give my booking reference. Given it was midnight, it was pretty frustrating to have to wait for 5min for someone to respond and let us out. Not the end of the world but it's been like this for years at Luton and is just unnecessary given technology today.
