I booked and paid for my 2-day parking space on line, which was relatively straightoforward.
But when I collected my car and arrived at the exit barrier, the machine did not recognise my reference code. I pressed for assistance and had to wait 5 minutes for someone to answer - there were other people having the same problem, and only one person answering the requests for assistance apparently. So I wondered why I'd bothered to book in advance at all!
