- Expensive as there is no competition - used to pay £5 / day at Luton airport and thought that was expensive. It's now £13 if you pre-book (£20 "at the gate").....just for one day!!!!!
- Buses are too infrequent.
- Bus stops are open and therefore cold, windy and freezing.
- Bus drivers are often miserable.
- Getting on/off at just one door creates problems and is ridiculous - an example, on the bus yesterday I was the only person and was sitting at the front. As the bus arrived at the stop, rather than open the front door, the driver insisted I walk back to the other door to get off the bus - what difference does it make when you are the only person on the bus??? CRAZY!!!
- Bus stop at the terminal is a disgrace - full of filthy smokers!
- Where the buses stop, you have to walk to the terminal, not a problem if it's nice weather but not great when it's cold, wet and windy at this time of year!
- It's been made almost impossible to walk to the terminal - the road has fences all the way along it so you cannot cross where you want.
- The CCTV is there to fine drivers dropping passengers off - nothing wrong with dropping off (we've been doing it for years without problems), except some little Hitler thinks they can fine drivers £80 for doing it!!!
Advice - go to Heathrow or Gatwick - customer/passenger friendly airports and car parks!!!
