Having advanced booking for the Short Term Luton Airport was a good deal. Hoverer, on return Mon 2 Feb and using ticket to exit, the machine said £108 was overdue. On asking attendant to assist was told to press 'Assistant' button. Awaiting 10 minutes and blocking an exit gate no answer. Checked with attendant and told someone else was speaking to assistance, awaited a further 10 minutes and had helpful reply and gate opened.
Really didn't need this after a very busy weekend.
Thought camera check would also have validated legitimacy of contract.
