Overall a good experience, easy to find a space and close to the terminal. I have two main issues though which have stopped me from rating it better. Firstly, the condition of the car park was appalling, the road surfaces were all chewed up and road markings were non existent, particularly the marking of spaces which meant that some people had not parked properly. Secondly, I had to stop at the barrier and call the helpdesk to give them my booking reference number which took time and ended up with me holding up several other cars. It would be better if a number plate recognition system was used at the exit to make it quicker for people to get away and not hold up other cars.
