Car park patrol staff particularly helpful:
When I returned to the car the battery was flat. I was feeling quite unlucky standing by the car in icy winds and with a crying baby, and clocking up parking minutes. Saw a member of the car park patrol and told him about the our problem. He was very friendly and quick to send a colleague over to jump start the car. A very good experience!
