System worked well for long stay parking until exit. Ticket entered and came up with £64 overcharge. Having read earlier reviews before I booked went with the push help button and quote booking reference. Problem resolved with no charge. Possibly about time Luton car parks sorted out the link to prepaid parking fees and number plate recognition to avoid the 'heart stopping' moment.
