Very poor experience.Direction signs covered in snow from M1 at 04.00 hours to long term car park. Car park approach has unseen humps and generally poor signage. On return to airport no indication at empty bus stop how long bus would be. Would prefer Stansted due to their better car parking and service..
Also luggage retrieval at 18.00hrs took 45+ minutes after disembarking.
