Booked a my parking for an overnight stay and noticed on my ticket that this hadn't been recognised. There were no staff around so i was forced into paying a £72 charge. Fortunately, i had enough money in my bank account to allow for this!
After questioning this charge with customer services the next day, i did get a full refund. However, this was a stressful situation to be in after a nice break away. I am now more reluctant to use this service again in the future.
