Experience was very good but we staid on the expensive short stay so no hassle with the shuttle. Last time, we staid at the medium or long stay and had to take the shuttle and it was a different ball game especially because of the shuttle (like tube experience but worse with people having suitcases and prefering letting them in the middle or on seats (yes!!) rather than on the empty rack... In order to avoid this nightmare we went for the pricy option free "hassle-shuttle"
Unfortunately, we were not asked to give any feedback on this occasion...
