My registration was not picked upon entry and upon exiting I was issued with a request for the far higher non prebooked rate instead of simply going through.
Matter was however resolved upon speaking to a staff member via the phone system at the gate. Due to the time of night there was no big queue so no inconvenience caused to other users and it was speedily resolved. It may have been different had there been a number of cars behind me. Leaving this aside everything else was fine and would use both the carpark and the short term at that.
