We got held up for a whole day in Geneva due to a 'major technical fault' that the plane developed on its way from Luton to Geneva.
You charged £37 for that day - disgracefull taking advantage of something out of our control!!
I've used you many times before and always come away thinking we've done the right think but not now!
If you value my custom you'll be phoning to offer me half of it back so that its a 'fair' charge but I'm 99.9% confident you won't call!
