The booking process, and the getting in and out of the car park is fine, but that actual state of the car park is appalling. For a car park at a modern airport where people are turning up with luggage and may have mobility issues for the surface to be totally untarmacked, uneven and unmarked, thereby making it difficult to park and wheel luggage across to the airport is unacceptable.
