Unreasonable behaviour from the Bus Driver in the Mid Term Parking on 23/04/2015 at 7.00 pm.
After a long flight I have arrived in Luton Airport and bought a coffee for 2.45 pm from Nero Cafe to drink while I was driving my car back home.
Once I was onboard the driver approached me to inform that I was not allowed to carry the coffee on the bus as per the companies policy. I kindly ask him to allow me to put the coffee cup in a bag or in my suitcase. The smart driver insisted I was not allowed so as well.
I had to throw the coffee away so I can reach my car and drive back home. Needless to say the Driver upset me and ruin my day because what happened was in my view unreasonable not to say stupid or else. I hope this comment reach the attention of the Car Parking management to correct such treatment for a regular customer.
