Drop off was ok, and the busses to and from were fast and efficient. The exit was a nightmare for me, the other drivers I held up and the other motorist in front of me who all had the same issue. When we pressed the buzzer the guy answered 5 minutes later, and this delay in answering was for every driver a many had issues.
This is the second time I've had an issue at the exit gate. Get this right and we will be winning.
