When we arrived we were running late so tried to park in short stay to save time. We were advised not to as there was 'no space' (despite my colleague being pre-booked in the short stay car park). We were directed to mid-stay.
We had to wait over 25 minutes for the shuttle bus to terminal, putting even more pressure on an already late arrival.
Upon departure from the car park the machine failed to recognise that I had pre-booked and paid for my parking already. The member of staff I contacted rectified this quickly and without argument, but just another unnecessary hold up.
Overall disappointed.
