Yet again when I went to leave the car park it told me that I had not paid. So had to press the button and speak to a very unhelpful lady to explain I had booked on line. Eventually after giving her my booking reference she said 'there you go' which I took to mean I could go now. However I waited and waited but the barier still did not rise. So I pushed the help button again
And let her know I still could not get out where upon she snapped at me and asked if I'd pressed the stop button. Not possessing telepathic skills I had not realised that 'there you go' actually meant press the stop button. But finally I was released and was able to make my way home. Not the best level of customer service to be honest!
