ANPR cameras do not work properly so unnecessary delay on exit.
Car park surface has that many potholes it is disgusting. Third world countries have better road surfaces.
Exit signs virtually invisible so get ready for the 10 minute drive to leave.
Please invest some of your profits in improving your car parks. Look at Birmingham or Stansted for inspiration
